Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted under specific conditions. Footwear, by nature, shows signs of wear quickly, so the distinction between trying and using matters here.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Condition Requirements

Returned items should be in unworn condition. Trying shoes on indoors is generally acceptable, but visible use—such as outdoor wear, sole markings, or creasing from extended use—may affect eligibility.

Original packaging, including boxes or protective materials, should be included when possible. Missing packaging does not automatically disqualify a return, but it may influence the outcome.

Fit and Sizing

If the size does not fit as expected, a return may be requested as long as the shoes remain in acceptable condition. Fit can vary depending on foot shape and wearing preference, so slight differences are not considered defects.

In many cases, placing a new order for a different size is faster than waiting for an exchange to process.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Footwear showing signs of outdoor use
  • Items with noticeable wear, dirt, or damage
  • Products altered after delivery
  • Returns initiated beyond the stated timeframe

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or sent back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or differs from the order, notification should be made within 48 hours of delivery. Photos are usually required to verify the issue.

Once confirmed, a replacement or refund may be arranged depending on availability.

Return Process

To begin a return, contact support@heydoudue.us.com with your order details and reason for return. Instructions will be provided after review.

Unapproved returns may not be processed. This step helps avoid lost or untraceable packages.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect.

For international returns, shipping costs and any customs-related fees are handled by the sender. These charges are not reimbursed.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, a decision will be made. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not always available due to inventory changes. Reordering is often the more practical option.
