Warranty
Warranty Policy
Footwear does not follow a traditional long-term warranty model. Coverage is limited to issues present at the time of delivery rather than changes that develop through regular wear.
Condition on Delivery
Shoes are expected to arrive in proper condition. If a pair is delivered with visible defects, structural issues, or significant damage, it may be reviewed for replacement or refund.
Reports should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Delays can make it harder to determine whether an issue occurred during transit or afterward.
Manufacturing Concerns
In rare cases, defects related to construction—such as separation beyond normal wear expectations or irregular assembly—may be considered.
Minor imperfections, including slight variations in stitching, material texture, or finishing, are generally not treated as defects.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Creasing, softening, or shape changes over time
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage
- Issues related to fit, comfort, or personal preference
- Wear resulting from extended or heavy use
Footwear naturally adapts to movement. Changes in structure or appearance during use are expected and fall outside warranty coverage.
Packaging and Transit Effects
Compression or minor deformation during shipping may occur. These conditions are typically temporary and resolve after a short period of wear.
Packaging-related marks that do not affect usability are not considered defects.
Resolution
If a concern qualifies, a replacement, partial refund, or full refund may be offered depending on the situation and product availability.
Each request is reviewed individually rather than following a fixed outcome.
Submitting a Request
Contact support@heydoudue.us.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to assist with evaluation.
Incomplete submissions may require follow-up before a decision can be made.
Final Notes
This policy applies to initial product condition and does not extend to long-term use. Wear patterns, comfort changes, and material aging are part of normal product life.
